OTTER Rewards Terms

Every active verified registered customer automatically participates as an OTTER Member. Membership is linked to the verified customer account and is not transferable.

Eligible verified new registrations receive 200 Welcome Points once. They are immediately Available but remain subject to transaction-level eligibility and redemption limits.

Each OTTER Point provides ₹1 redemption value toward eligible OTTER purchases. Points are not cash, cannot be withdrawn and must be deliberately selected at checkout.

Purchase Points are calculated on eligible merchandise value actually paid and remain Pending until successful delivery and completion of the applicable return window.

Tier status is determined from retained eligible merchandise spend after Coupon discount but before Points redemption, measured over the operational rolling qualification window.

The configured Coupon cap is 15% and the configured Points cap is 15% of eligible merchandise value, with a combined cap of 25%. One Coupon may be used per order, and a Coupon may disallow Points.

Standard Available Points normally expire after 365 days. A qualifying retained purchase may renew eligible unexpired standard Points under the current policy.

Points, qualifying spend and Coupon effects may be cancelled, reversed or restored according to the frozen order allocation and final approved cancellation, return and refund outcome.

OTTER may investigate misuse, duplicate accounts, manipulation or erroneous credits and may make auditable corrective entries. Historical ledger records are not silently rewritten.
